Our Traction Program puts entry-level truck drivers on the fast-track to higher wages because you'll earn while you learn the job from an experienced trainer. Recent CDL-A Graduates Enjoy:

Traction Program Requirements:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Completion of certified training at a school reviewed and approved by ACT
- Stable verifiable work history
- No DUI or DWI convictions in the past 7 years and no felony conviction within the last 7 years
- No positive drug screens
- Acceptable driving record as shown by MVR
- No DOT preventable accidents in the past 18 months
- Valid Class A CDL
- Meet DOT requirements and be able to pass DOT physical and drug screen tests, both of which are paid for by the company.
- Able to perform functions in job description
